Cancellation Policy

Package Payment, Expiration, and Refund Policy Spanish U lesson packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a standard package includes four instructional sessions. All package sales are final and nonrefundable. Students are responsible for scheduling and completing all sessions within 90 days of the package purchase date. Any sessions that are not completed within the 90-day period will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or carried over to a future package. Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to instructor availability, but must still be completed before the package expiration date. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered used and will not be refunded or replaced. In the event of a documented emergency, serious illness, or other exceptional circumstance, the student may request an extension before the package expires. Extensions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the circumstances and instructor availability. Packages are nontransferable and may only be used by the student for whom they were purchased. If Spanish U cancels a session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If Spanish U is unable to provide the remaining sessions in a package, a prorated refund may be issued for the sessions that Spanish U could not provide. Any approved refund resulting from a cancellation by Spanish U may take up to 30 calendar days to process. By purchasing a lesson package, the student acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
